But, more and more I suspect that the only power they have is the power which resides within the listener already. Perhaps losing your folks to cancer early on pulled you deeper, and as a result some of what we say here strikes a chord within you. These recent posts have shared some very wise truths... 6 months ago I became an orphan. Over a period of time I lost both parents to Cancer. I'm over 18, but still fairly young, and an absolute lover of knowledge and insight, both of which appear to be abundant with the Abbott's. I have few corporeal needs, but I've found motivation here for getting life done, and looking for the richness in it... Words do have power.
