Ever hate it when you go to great lengths only to realize that you are either missing or don’t have enough of something you needed to do what you originally set out to do?
Well, today that happened to me. I went all the way to New Leaf to get bag of dill weed. You see, I’ve been on a wild pickling streak (if you know what I mean) and I was using the dill as quickly as I could buy it.
Anyway, I cleaned out the self serve jar. After I waited in line, it came to my turn so I handed the bag to the cashier. It came to $5.40. I only brought 5 dollars. I knew I shoulda brought that extra dollar!
So I went back and got another dollar. THEN! When I went back to New Leaf, he said he ran out of change and I had to go back and get the exact amount! Gosh!
. . . Ok, it’s all true up until that last sentence. It would be actually more frustrating if I didn’t live within 5 minutes (walking distance) from New Leaf.
