  • Kyle,about your pickles,I see you are making PICKLED pickles !!May I suggest you make fermented pickles using natural unprocessed sea salt? Why? because vinegar is not good for us it is acidic and we are acidic ENOUGH! Fermented pickles are made using cuks,water and sea salt.If you Google Perfect Pickler,he has a pickle jar with a vent that allows the gas to escape like a wine making bottle does.So you can make a jar of pickle every few days.(if you can find the cukes) or make sourkraut,etc. I love your blogs!!
