I know not to try to be a big fish because there is always a bigger fish. It also just isn't in my nature to puff up my chest and think how 'great' I am or hope someone else notices, nor do I like to draw attention to myself. Don't get me wrong, it is nice to be noticed for doing something above and beyond. A simple "good job bob" is fine enough for me. beauty is skin deep, ugly goes clean to the bone.
