We got the first new car of our lives in 2005. It’s a Mazda minivan and works great for us. But there is one thing that is odd; if it gets wet, it dries with white spots wherever the water was, including the windows! The first time it happened I took it back to the dealer to say “Wassup wid dat?” He said it was our water. I told him that our other car, the bomber, has been washed at home for years with nary a spot. Anyway, I took it to the “Do it yourself” wash place and found it was the same thing, but if I dried it immediately there weren’t white residues. So I do that every now and again when the car doesn’t pass my Endust standard. Yesterday it was time to do the job at the place. I happily drove into my stall and put tokens and turned the knob to “soap wash”. Before I knew it there was a high forced soapy water spray shooting me in the face, on my legs, hair and everywhere except the car! I couldn’t figure out what was going on! I looked down and there on the hose was a gaping hole with a geyser.
I motioned to a woman coming out of the next stall. She saw it going on but yelled over the noise “Where can I get tokens? Oh well.
Thinking I could maybe make use of my tokens and this water I tried to aim the hole at the car. No use. I turned it to “Off” and knew I needed to go to another stall if I wanted to finish the job. I looked and they were all taken. There was no one around to “help” as in give me my money back so I left and returned later to start over. I saw someone in the stall where I was. I told him about it and he thanked me and proceeded to use it anyway. That was a show!
